Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: We ship as quickly as possible. If we receive your order by 2 p.m. Pacific Time, it will most likely ship that same day! Now THAT'S fast!
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50 per order*. However, some items that are very long, or extra bulky we will add an additional $6 to the shipping charge. These items will have a special note in the description detailing the additional shipping. This extra fee is required for over sized items by our shipping companies, we just pass on a fraction of the fee to our customer. All in all, we think that our shipping fees are quite reasonable, don't you? *The shipping rate to our freinds in Hawaii is $14.95.
Q: Which shipping companies do you use?A: We ship using both USPS and UPS, whichever is most economical for us as the shipper. If you provide us with a Post Office Box as a shipping address, we are required to use USPS.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We are sorry, we currently ship our products to the 50 United States. We have found that shipping charges are excessive when shipping internationally.
Q: How come you don't list your physical location on your contact page?
A: We don't have a store front, we have a warehouse location from which we ship your orders.
Q: What if I have a retail store? Can I buy at wholesale pricing from you?
A: Yes you can, after you provide suitable business documentation to us, we can certainly set you up as a wholesale customer. Of course your freight charges will be different than a retail order, so will your purchase price! We have low minimum orders, ship less than case lot quantities on most items and have a very reasonable freight program.
